As a contracting partner with TaxSlayer I had the unique challenge of designing within an experience that insisted on ease and automation while ensuring the user control and freedom left a sense of confidence. Having completed projects spanning optimisation of our native mobile login process, onboarding guidance, navigation streamlining, and even Covid relief payment portals, My ability to influence to client's consumer product was far reaching. I deployed thorough heuristic based analytical research, regular user interview cadences, and rapid prototyping collaboration with a team of UI & UX designers to deliver numerous features bringing delight and ease to a typically dreaded process.
